When you contact us
The enquiry forms on this site (the contact page and each property’s enquiry panel) are submitted directly to our website, not to your own email application. When you submit one, it is emailed to us at info@nakucollective.org and also stored in our website’s database, using Jetpack Feedback — a feature of Jetpack, provided by Automattic (WordPress.com), our hosting provider and a data processor for this purpose. Submissions are screened for spam by Akismet, also provided by Automattic. We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, where it leads to a transaction, for as long as our records obligations require. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives in WhatsApp under their own terms.
When you visit
We use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It records visits in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Our website is hosted by Automattic (WordPress.com), which processes data on our behalf and keeps standard server logs.
Our property maps show map images from CARTO, built on OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors). To display them, your browser connects directly to CARTO’s servers, which receive your IP address, the address of the page you are viewing and the map area shown. We do not send CARTO any other information, and the maps set no cookies.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above who help us run the site.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top.
